These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Viddycom mobile application ("App") operated by Viddycom Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Viddycom is a voice-controlled camera application that allows you to control your device's camera through voice commands. Features include:

Important: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

2.3 Free Trial

If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2.4 Founding Member Guarantee

Users who subscribe during our founding member period will lock in their subscription price for life, even if we raise prices or add premium features in the future.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos captured using Viddycom. We do not claim any rights to your content. Your media files are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Voice commands are processed using on-device speech recognition. When on-device processing is insufficient, text transcriptions (not audio) may be sent to cloud AI services for interpretation. Voice recordings are never stored.

Viddycom, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Viddycom Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIDDYCOM LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viddycom Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
